As of March 22, 2011, Noevir Co., Ltd. became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noevir Holdings Co., Ltd. through a share transfer. The listing of the holding company took place on the same date following the delisting of Noevir Co., Ltd. on March 26, 2011.
